The Renewed Hope Ambassadors in collaboration with Lautai Patriotic Citizens have received over 4,500 members of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) whom dumped their political parties and joined the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Jigawa state.
Speaking after receiving the decampees, the chairman Lautai Patriotic Citizens Alhaji Aminu Haruna explained that, the gathering is organized to celebrate and honor some of the indigienes of Lautai whom were appointed in different positions at federal and state government by governor Malam Umar Namadi.
He then commended governor Malam Umar Namadi and President Tinubu for their efforts to improve the lives of citizens, adding that, Lautai Patriotic Citizens will do all their best to ensure the reelection of Danmodi in 2027 general election.
“I’m happy to announced that today at this occasion we have received over 4,500 members of opposition parties that joined our party APC in this area,”he said.
Comrade Aminu said, the decampees were convinced with commitments of Governor Malam Umar Namadi by execution of developmental projects across the 27 local government areas in the state.
Malama Larai Dalladi is among the decampees who said, she dumped her party New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP and joined APC due to generosity of governor Namadi in supporting women in Jigawa.
Meanwhile the team earlier the leadership of Renewed Hope Ambassadors under the leadership of Musa Shu’aibu Guri presented a greeting card to Emir of Gumel Alhaji Dr Ahmad Muhammad Sani in his palace.
