The Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Katsina State on Local Government Inspectorate, Hon. Lawal Rufa’i Safana, has felicitated with the good people of Katsina State on the occasion of the State’s 38th Anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Safana described Katsina as a land of honor and prosperity that has produced great leaders, scholars, and professionals who have contributed immensely to the growth of Nigeria. He noted that the 38th anniversary is a moment of reflection, unity, and renewed commitment to building a greater Katsina State.
He offered prayers for the Executive Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, asking Allah to continue to grant him wisdom, strength, and guidance in steering the affairs of the State with justice and fairness.
Hon. Safana further commended Governor Radda for his remarkable efforts in strengthening the local government system through the release of funds directly to the councils and ensuring rural development projects reach the grassroots. According to him, this bold step has boosted the capacity of local government chairmen to deliver meaningful projects that directly impact the lives of the people.
He reaffirmed his confidence in Governor Radda’s visionary leadership and called on the people of Katsina State to continue supporting his administration in its quest to build a prosperous, united, and progressive Katsina State
