The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Gombe State Command, Superintendent of Corps (SC) Buhari Sa’ad, has been promoted to Chief Superintendent of Corps (CSC) following his exceptional performance in public communication, community engagement, and image management.
