The Jigawa State Government, through the Ministry for Local Government and Community Development, has approved the suspension of three special Advisers and two Supervisory Councillors to the Chairman of Auyo Local Government Council.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Commissioner ministry for local government through the public relations officer of the ministry Najib Umar and made it available to news men.
The statement that said, the suspension is with immediate effect, identified the affected appointees as Bala Energy – Supervisory Councillor, Abdullahi Usman
Supervisory Councillor and Afake Auyo also Special Adviser the chairman.
Other suspended appointees are Ussaini Biyuta Kataudi Special Adviser and Kande Auyo – Special Adviser.
The statement added that, all affected appointees are hereby directed to hand over all government properties and responsibilities in their possession to the Director of Administration and General Services of the Local Government with immediate effect.
