Jigawa first lady lead inauguration of stop TB Partnership in Jigawa

The first lady of the federal republic of Nigeria Senator Remi Bola Ahmed Tinubu in collaboration with Jigawa State first lady Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi inaugurated Stop TB Partnership campaign in Jigawa.

Speaking during the inauguration held at Banquet hall government house Dutse, Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi said, the effort is part of the Renewed Hope Agenda Initiated by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with aims to transform the country.

According to her, the Stop TB Partnership campaign will serve as a catalyst for high level advocacy, strategic planning, and resources mobilization to fight against Tuberculosis diseases in Jigawa and Nigeria at large.

The first lady who described family health as engine of any happiness said, the present administration will continue to improve health sector for the benefit of entire Jigawa citizens.

Hajiya Hadiza who is also the ambassador for TB Partnership campaign in the state said, the campaign engaged all relevant Stakeholders and health partners on fight against Tuberculosis diseases.

She then commended president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Jigawa State governor Malam Umar Namadi for their concerns and support to women and children.
